2: Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
Soak your feet for about 30 minutes daily in a mixture of one part each ACV and Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate) and six parts of warm water. Epsom Salts help eliminate dead skin while the ACV kills fungi. Try this soothing foot-soak for relaxation too. ACV can also be taken internally to boost your resistance to fungal attacks. Two tablespoons of ACV mixed with 8 oz warm water and a spoonful of honey can help rid you of toenail fungus.
